1. Booking and Reservation Terms
- • All bookings made through H-Booking.com are subject to availability and confirmation from the hotel.
- • You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including guest names, contact details, and payment information.
- • Booking confirmation is sent via email. Please review all details carefully and contact the hotel directly if there are any discrepancies.
2. Check-in and Check-out
- • Check-in and check-out times are set by each hotel and must be respected. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
- • Valid government-issued photo identification and credit card are required at check-in.
- • Guests must comply with hotel policies regarding noise, smoking, pets, and maximum occupancy.
- • Failure to show up for a confirmed booking (no-show) may result in charges according to the hotel's cancellation policy.
- • The lead guest must be present at check-in and is responsible for all charges incurred during the stay.
3. Payment and Pricing
- • All prices displayed are in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- • Payment is processed securely through our payment processor. Major credit cards and other payment methods are accepted.
- • Some hotels may require a security deposit or pre-authorization on your credit card upon check-in.
- • Additional charges for services used during your stay (mini-bar, room service, spa, etc.) are payable directly to the hotel.
- • Currency conversion rates are determined by your bank or payment provider and may vary from displayed rates.
4. Cancellation and Modification
- • Cancellation policies vary by hotel and rate type. Please review the specific cancellation policy before booking.
- • Free cancellation periods allow you to cancel without charge up to a specified time before check-in.
- • Non-refundable rates are typically lower but cannot be cancelled or modified for refund.
- • Modification requests (date changes, room type changes) are subject to availability and may result in price differences.
- • Cancellation or modification must be done through the platform or directly with the hotel per their policy.
5. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
- • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay.
- • Disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or violation of hotel policies may result in eviction without refund.
- • Guests must respect other guests and hotel staff at all times.
- • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Violations may result in additional cleaning charges.
- • Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly hotels and may be subject to additional fees and restrictions.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
- • H-Booking.com acts as an intermediary between guests and hotels. We are not responsible for services provided by hotels.
- • H-Booking.com is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your hotel stay.
- • Hotel descriptions, photos, and amenities are provided by the hotels and may not always be accurate or up-to-date.
- • H-Booking.com is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
- • Travel insurance is recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
7. Complaints and Refunds
- • All complaints, disputes, and refund requests related to your stay must be addressed directly with the hotel, not with H-Booking.com.
- • H-Booking.com acts solely as a booking platform and is not responsible for the quality of services, amenities, cleanliness, or overall conditions at the hotel.
- • Any issues encountered during your stay (including but not limited to cleanliness, maintenance, service quality, staff behavior, non-functioning amenities, etc.) must be reported to the hotel staff immediately.
- • Refund requests for service-related issues must be negotiated and processed directly with the hotel. H-Booking.com cannot issue refunds for complaints about hotel services.
- • Cancellation refunds are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Please contact the hotel directly for any refund-related matters.
- • H-Booking.com is only responsible for technical issues with the booking platform itself, not for the quality of hotel services or guest experiences at the property.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
- • Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
- • Information you provide is shared with the hotel to facilitate your booking and stay.
- • You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us.
- • We implement security measures to protect your personal information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Marketing Communications
- • By creating an account on H-Booking.com, you agree to be included in our mailing list for promotional emails, newsletters, special offers, and platform updates.
- • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send.
- • Even after unsubscribing from marketing emails, you will still receive essential transactional emails related to your bookings, account security, and platform changes.
- • We respect your privacy and will never share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
9. General Provisions
